Okay so I apologize that it has been a little while since I last posted.  Honestly its because I was procrastinating on uploading pictures to the computer.  Well I finally did that so I am going to just share some pictures of what has been going on with us lately.  Some of the pictures are a little older, but I didn't share them so I am going to now.  Lukas has gotten to hang out with a lot of his little buddies lately too!  The weather has been AWESOME and we are loving getting out and enjoying it!

The Craziness has Started

Lukas has become an ornery little boy!  It is crazy how much he changes in just a week it seems like.  He wants to get into everything, then he turns around and looks at you with this scrunched up smiling face (which reminds me I have to get a picture of it) and laughing.  He thinks he is just hilarious, and I can't help but smile.  I feel like we chase him around the house closing doors and picking things up.  Atleast it is giving me some exercise :)  His favorite thing to do is pull everything out of the bathroom cabinets.  Honestly, I haven't stopped this much because it keeps him busy while I am getting ready.  No harm in just playing with the lotion and make up right????

Disney On Ice

This past weekend Lukas and I tagged along with Grandma Karlynn, Aunt Elisha and Loghan and went to Toy Story 3 on Ice.  I was very nervous going into this how Lukas was going to do.  I knew that it would start out fine because new things entertain him, but I wasn't sure how long it would entertain him.  I got a great surprise and Lukas did AWESOME for the whole show and really enjoyed watching it.  He would just sit on our laps and watch as the characters would come out and dance.  It was funny to watch him look around people to see what was going on.  The show was great!  There was a lot of action and he didn't want to miss any of it.  He did miss a bit when his poor little eyes just couldn't stay open any longer with about 20 minutes to go.  He was a trooper though. We had a great time at the show and getting to hang out with everyone too!  Lukas finds cousin Loghan quite entertaining as well :)

I tried to get some pictures, but of course i could not get my camera flash to work so I had to get some with my phone.  Sorry they are a little dark :(

Mr. Impatient

I have always known that Lukas loved bath time.  He will come running from our kitchen to the bathroom when he hears the water start.  He just stands there and watches it fill up banging his hands on the ledge of the tub, smiling.  Well the other night was a little bit different.  We had gone over to my parent's house to help (okay more hang out) with their garage sale.  Lukas really needed a bath that night and we were waiting for cousin Cade to get to town before we came home.  I decided just to give him one there.  Lukas and I were watching as the water filled the tub, and I had to go ask my mom a quick question on her baby soap.  When I came back in this is what I found.....

Apparently I took too long so Lukas just got in himself!  I was shocked that he figured that out.  He has never gotten in the tub by himself or even tried.  I am just so happy he didn't fall or hurt himself doing it.  He was happy as he could be and just smiling and playing when I came back in.  I guess I need to be ready to go now before I even start the water so we can at least get our clothes off before he jumps in.  :)
