I was shocked to find out that we would be adding a little girl to our family.  We have fallen so in love with the little lady.  Her brothers just adore her and have already grown protective of her.  It just melts my heart to watch them all together.  She also has her Daddy wrapped around her little finger.

Halloween Festivities

Halloween has become a holiday I look forward to a lot more now with the boys getting older.  It is fun to watch their little faces light up and getting more candy than we can even eat.  The only bad thing is that for the past 2 years we have had football games fall on Halloween, so we haven't gotten to fully embrace the experience.  I feel like we have gone a little city living with the holiday and I actually think the truck or treat type events have been wonderful to go to.  I just like not having to load and unload kids in and out of car seats for each stop.  Either way the boys just love getting to wear costumes multiple times.

I started out taking the boys to a pumpkin patch.  I feel this is a must every year to embrace the fall season.  We had originally gone here with Luke's class from school, but the weather was cold and rainy so we got free passes to come back so Lawson was lucky this time and got to join along.

We also joined the Keeley cousins down in Olathe the weekend before Halloween.  The kiddos all loved dressing up together and of course getting candy.  I somehow missed getting little Reese in a picture in her costume.

Luke did have his first school party and loved all the games that they got to play.  He took rubber bugs to pass out to his friends for his contribution to the party.  He thought they were great and continues to try and trick us with them here at home.  On actual Halloween, Erin's team had the 2nd round play off game so I decided to take the boys to just a a few houses in the neighborhood before we left for the game.  It was a cold night so we didn't wear costumes to the game and decided to bundle up in coats and hats instead.

Love our little Dinos!!
