Lexi 7 Months

The little lady is another month older.  We are at 7 months and just trying to enjoy the moments in between all the crazy.

7 Month Update:
  • Size 2 diapers and 6-9 month clothes for the most part
  • At her last doctor appointment she was 15 lbs
  • Lexi is hanging on to her dark hair.  It is starting to grow over her ears a bit and her bald spot is filling in on the back of her head
  • Her 2 bottom teeth are still the only ones, but drooling and chewing on things like crazy
  • Food wise we have tried all sorts of fruits and veggies.  She is getting much better with the spoon and will eat baby food 1-2 times a day.
  • She is still nursing and doing bottles.  If a bottle she drinks about 6 ounces and eats every 3-4 hours.
  • Naps are going well and still the same.
  • She has started to have a bit of a fussy time in the evening.  I think she gets tired and working out of the evening nap which makes for a tough evening.
  • She is all over the place with sleep at night.  She will sleep through the night one night and then wake up twice the next.  She has started to roll to her tummy in her bed which is confusing her I think when she wakes up.
  • Rolling from her back to tummy happens frequently but she gets mad and won't roll back over
  • Lexi will sit up for longer periods of time

Georgia Wedding

Erin's cousin Katelyn got married recently in Georgia.  Erin and I decided to tag along and enjoy the mini vaction to attend.  We had a great time getting to see family and just enjoying the area.  The wedding was at a wedding resort called Chota Falls.  It was a wonderful wedding and nice little get away.

Fun Night and KC Weekend

The boys had the school Fun Night a couple weeks ago.  We took all the kids and Grandpa Keeley came along to check it out.  There were games, prizes, and food all evening.  Luke was so excited for all of it.  Lawson and Laney were a little unsure of all the people but enjoyed their fair share of games.  Lexi did a lot of people watching and took a little snooze.  All in all a great evening.

Luke was very excited about getting his face painted.
We then headed up to Olathe for the weekend to hang with family and watch one of Matt's games.  The kids love time cousins and enjoyed getting to see everyone.

These two are too cute.  They love dress up!
