I am starting to wonder/worry about how Lukas is going to handle all of this, and how I am going to handle all of this with him. He has been our whole life for over 2 years now. I know people have two plus kids all the time, but I am still struggling with how everything is going to work. I worry probably more than anything about being a good mother to both. I worry about not spending enough time with each child and giving them the attention they need and want. I don't want Lukas to feel left out because the new baby is here, but I also don't want to look back and wish I had bonded better with the baby like I got to with Lukas. I am sure everything just works out, but right now it is all just so many questions to be answered.
Sorry little freak out moment there :) Overall this pregnancy has gone very well and has just flown by. It is crazy that October is only a week away. It has been very different for me this time since I have been working through the end of the pregnancy as opposed to being home for the summer when Lukas was born. It definitely takes a toll on my body and am very tired at the end of the day, but luckily our whole house is so we go to bed early and try to get a lot of sleep. Lukas loves to hang out in the baby's room. He will take his cars in there and drive them around or just go and sit in the rocking chair. He is just so cute and excited about being a big brother. I am very excited to see them together. We can't wait to be holding the baby in our arms!
Here are some random pictures to enjoy of life lately. Lukas is ready for anything!
Take the poll at the right to guess what gender you think the baby is :)
